We need a creative, talented, ambitious designer to join our Creative Team. You’d spend your days supporting the identities of our brands by turning our big ideas into reality. The right person should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have good graphic design skills.

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce start-up featuring 10 brands with established positions in the Amazon market. However, in our realm, the focus extends beyond mere product development. It revolves around the creation of captivating narratives that resonate with our consumers, addressing their concerns, and crafting unique experiences that make a lasting impression. Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and concepts and follow brand guidelines
• Use various techniques to create drafts, and variations for the design concepts, and finish the design under supervision
• Perform technical tasks independently and take on special design tasks (e.g. packaging preprint production, print layouts, banners, emails, and video editing)
• Pitch creative ideas
• Participate in creative brainstorms with the team
• Collaborate with other designers and departments to achieve the company’s goals
• Use feedback from other designers to improve

Qualifications

• Higher education in the related field
• 1+ years of design experience in the graphic or communication design sphere as a hired or freelance designer
• Portfolio with projects in different creative fields that demonstrate your experience
• Experience with design software (Adobe CC, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, fonts, materials, print methods)
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Communicative skills and problem-solving aptitude
• A keen eye for detail
• Expertise in packaging, and knowledge of motion/animation design would be a plus
• Full working proficiency in English
