Corporate Development Manager, M&A

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and further improving performance reports for the Board and the shareholders;
• Financial modeling, critical assessment of projections, scenario analysis;
• Managing relationship and fundraising activities with top-tier investors;
• M&A execution: identification of targets, negotiations, Due Diligence, preparation of transaction materials, and management of internal workstreams;
• Managing external advisors, such as legal counsel, financial advisors, and other experts;
• Leading cross-functional teams to implement mission-critical initiatives, manage project timelines, and monitor progress;
• Managing day-to-day communication with the Board and investors;
• Leading select internal workstreams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Over two years of experience in investment banking, PE / VC, management consulting, Corporate Development / M&A;
• Keen interest in the Tech industry and willingness to invest time to become an expert in the Travel Tech space;
• Quantitative background and demonstrated sharp analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and financial forecasting methods. Strong financial modeling experience
• High level of accountability and willingness to take ownership of workstreams and drive projects toward successful completion;
• Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly;
• Demonstrable ability to distil complex concepts from many sources into a simple, high-impact communication medium (e.g., emails, presentations, papers);
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian;
