Key account leader non-food and special projects

• And you probably know our brands: M&M's, ORBIT, DOLMIO, WHISKAS, ROYAL CANIN and others. In Russia we have 4 business units (Petcare, Mars Wrigley, Royal Canin and Food), 10 factories and a team of 6000 employees.
• We are looking for Key account leader who is responsible development New trade channel - Non food and special channels (flowers, taxy etc). He will create strategic approach and deployment it to New channels. 

You will:

• Test & Learn In Non Food, Special Channel development and look for additional opportunity to growth
• Manage a core customer that contributes consistent volume/revenue to the unit's profit pool and/or customer has the potential to grow over the coming years
• Have full P&L responsibility and is likely to have some cross functional support
• Have responsibility for leading the Special Distributors or Direct clients to achieve LSV&NSV&MAC&RTMC targets according to plan, to ensure optimal points of distribution, ROI, location and quality of displays to drive physical availability of our brands across our customer portfolios.

We expect:

• Higher education
• Advanced level in negotiation skills
• 3 year experience In FMCG market as KAM or the same role (sales experience is required)
• Especially with Non food big clients as M-Video, Ikea etc.
• Finance & analytic skills (Include big data)
• CatMan or Customer Marketing experience will be strong points
• Pre-intermediate English
