Exhibition Stands Project Manager

Essential Job Functions: 

• Manage projects for the building of exhibition stands from brief to completion, working closely with the creative team, production and customers.
• Planning, sharing information, and giving accurate project updates to them.
• Constant discussion of the project with the client and informing him about the process.
• Solving complex stressful situations and search for optimal solutions to the assigned tasks.
• Calculation of the estimates.
• Control and coordination installation activities.

Education, Expirience and Skills Required:

• Work experience in exhibition companies is required.
• Preferably higher technical education.
• Spoken English is required, sufficient for negotiations and commissioning of projects.
• Responsibility, attention to details, strong communication skills, level-headed and diplomatic approach.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage your own time and workload.
• Understand production processes.
• Ability to manage difficult situations in a positive and constructive way and to build positive relationships with customers and with the team.
• Willingness to business trips.
