Sales Development Representative

About the company:

• We are SOAX, an emerging company specializing in automated data collection services for companies worldwide. Our priority is to deliver the best experience with the product to our users and to ensure we update our databases constantly to allow our users to collect the data needed fast and secure.
• We’re actively growing (~30 MoM), and over the past year SOAX team has grown from 15 to 50 employees. We are a fully remote team located in different countries. Now are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach worldwide. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth. Sounds interesting? We're excited to hear from you soon!

What will you do:

• Research, identify and prospect for new customers
• Outbound outreach to introduce our product to potential clients
• Build relationships with clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
• Research and take part in consultative discussions with prospects, taking full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs

What You Need To Succeed:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (ideally in a SaaS company)
• Fluent English
• Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
• Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, etc.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• You're not afraid to fail, and you're always looking for ways to improve
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
