Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a creative strategy role for a creative marketing, advertising, or gaming company.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with performance creative formats (video, banners, etc.).
- Experience with user acquisition.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage client’s creative effectiveness through data-driven insights and analytics tools.
- Craft strategies to generate creative concepts based on data and qualitative/quantitative research and collaborate with team members.
- Monitor and analyze mobile video ads.
- Partner with other teams and external agencies to generate hypotheses and scale creative insights.
- Guide and report on Google’s creative materials.
- This is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position.
