UX/UI Researcher

In this position, you will:

• collaborate with marketing and product teams to research customer segments, customer needs, and behavior patterns;
• create briefs and scripts for research;
• analyze and document the results;
• present results in collaboration with the product and marketing teams;
• search for respondents;
• coordinate and communicate with the team while research is in progress.

You are a good fit if you have:

• advanced conversational English skills (many key people in the team do not speak Russian and most of our clients are foreigners);
• understand how to analyse market trends in Russia and the world;
• consistency (without a systematic approach, we will not win);
• experience/knowledge on conducting in-depth interviews;
• understanding of JTBD concepts and the principles of conducting problem and solution interviews;
• perfectionism and the desire not only to speak, but also to document;
• adaptability and thinking outside the box;
• innate ability to get results from colleagues.
