Junior motion-designer / Младший моушн-дизайнер

Responsibilities:

• Create animated videos for advertising and social media;
• Produce motion graphics for landing pages and presentations;
• Animate brand illustrations and characters;
• Collaborate with external teams on design and visual ideas;
• Help develop and maintain the brand’s visual style in animation;
• Contribute to creative decisions and take part in brainstorming sessions;
• Localize and adapt materials for different markets.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ months of experience in motion design, including freelance experience;
• Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and Premiere Pro;
• English level B2 or higher — communication and most meetings will be in English;
• Attention to detail, independence, and a positive team-oriented approach;
• Responsibility, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Adobe tools and AI-based design tools;
• Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D.

Задачи:

• создавать анимированные ролики для рекламы и соцсетей;
• делать motion-графику для лендингов и презентаций;
• анимировать иллюстрации и персонажей бренда;
• работать вместе с внешними командами над дизайном и визуальными идеями;
• помогать развивать и поддерживать визуальный стиль в анимации;
• влиять на креативные решения и участвовать в брейнштормах;
• локализации и адаптации материалов.

Что нам важно:

• опыт motion-дизайне от 6 месяцев (включая фриланс);
• знание After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro;
• английский от B2 и выше — коммуникация и большая часть встреч будет на английском;
• внимательность к деталям, самостоятельность и позитивный командный подход;
• ответственность, организованность и умение соблюдать сроки.

Будет плюсом:

• знание пакета Adobe и инструментов на базе ИИ;
• знание Blender / cinema 4d.
