How You Will Make an Impact:

• Coordination of corrective measures with service centers, customers, and local teams (Network, Parts, Tech)
• Monitoring of service centre responses and repair completion times
• Support for service centres in process optimization (spare parts, diagnostics, repeat repairs)
• Preparation of regular status updates (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Credit Line (SC credit line management)
• Opening and reviewing credit lines for SC (in cooperation with Finance)
• Monitoring the use of credit limits and compliance with contractual terms by all parties (subsidiaries and SC)
• Supporting SC in optimizing processes (spare parts, diagnostics, repeat repairs)
• Monitoring accounts receivable and overdue indicators
• Identifying and escalating financial risks
• Participating in and monitoring the negotiation of contractual terms, supporting the launch of new SCs and the expansion of existing partners
