Accounting and Tax manager

Qualifications:

• Higher education (minimum bachelor's degree);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting;
• Good knowledge of Russian Accounting and Taxation, financial reporting and company taxation;
• Provision of external and internal audit services;
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP Accounting;
• Strong English skills (Intermediate level or higher);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills;
• Project and people management (3+ direct reports) experience;
• Ability to prioritize, plan workload and meet deadlines;
• Operational experience with Accounting tools (preferably SAP), Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Experience in ERP systems integration, change, modification, work automation.
