  • Digital marketing manager role is key and instrumental in driving digital agenda, constantly upskilling the broader organization. This role will play an important part in helping the marketing team lean into a regional way of working, while hands-on assisting the business unit in driving critical digital marketing plans
  • In your new role you will be a part of dynamic and high-performing marketing organization, responsible for brand development, driving demand and growing active consumer base across brand, trade and digital marketing, planning and performance functions
  • We provide a 12 month contract

Core Responsibilities

  • Create framework for owned channels activation: set up missing processes and interfaces, including external (LEGO.com, LEGO Life, Social media communities, YouTube channel and App etc.), solicit tested practices from other LEGO markets
  • Provide content management for owned channels, work with creative concepts development
  • Work together with Social Media Manager to identify content needs
  • Collaborate with Regional team in rolling out global and regional solutions for owned channels
  • Collaborate with local Brand Marketing and Media Agency teams to ensure owned channels are integral part of marketing campaigns
  • Set up and drive social listening
  • Establish local qualitative benchmarks
  • Vendor and budget management for owned channels

Do you have what it takes

  • Complex digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand (3+ years), experience in non-traditional marketing, social media management, content marketing, digital integration
  • Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital metrics with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Track record of designing and rolling-out innovative projects in Digital Marketing area, with strong project management skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, English proficiency at C2 level
  • Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning attitude, strong analytical and evaluation skills and ability to turn findings into action
