Associate / Analyst

Description:

• OZON Corporate Development team (ex-Goldman Sachs, Baring Vostok Capital Partners, Renaissance Capital) is seeking for highly motivated and skilled individual to join us in the role of Analyst (market research, financial modeling).

Roles and responsibilities:

• Industry and peer company research and benchmarking aimed at generating strategic insights and recommendations regarding the company’s strategy, operations and business plan;
• Preparation of financial analysis and presentation materials both for internal discussions and for C-level management;
• Gathering and analyzing industry and market data.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years (Analyst) of relevant work experience in IB / PE / Management Consulting / Big 4 (strategy, corporate finance) or corporate finance/corporate development/strategy divisions of corporates;
• Experience with global e-commerce and tech industries is a strong advantage;
• Fluent English (verbal and written);
• Good knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting;
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure; strong work ethic;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Robust Excel and PowerPoint experience.
