Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the overall influencer relations strategy
  • Acquire new influencers/creators through engaging one-on-one with content creators across email and social media channels, as well as at live events
  • Resolve issues with and between content creators in a timely and professional manner, including creators responsible for inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways
  • Activate content creators and deliver weekly and event-based information
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing and Community to create campaign to activate content creators/influencers
  • Track performance of campaigns and individual content creators using internal and third-party tools, and present weekly reports of activities, activations, issues and coverage
  • Maintain constant communication-and-feedback loop with marketing, PR, and Product; be the advocate internally on behalf of the creators to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications

  • Industry experience across either Sports, Gaming, Comics and Anime verticals
  • 3+ years experience working with Creators, Influencers, Social Media
  • BA in Marketing, communications or related subject, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in Russian and English required – you will be working with the global TikTok team
  • Existing relationships with premium influencers/creator and agencies, especially for news media
  • Deep understanding of social channels and roles
  • Able to effectively work independently and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to develop creative, campaign strategies and promotions and that resonate with the target audience to achieve campaign goals
  • Ability to multiple simultaneously with excellent personal organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability
  • Passion for social media and short video products
  • Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry
