Description

The Golf Outside Service Staff works in the golf operations department, supporting members and guests to transition between the clubhouse and the golf course. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while being friendly with an upbeat personality with members and guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean and park golf carts with close attention to detail
• Load and unload golf bags on golf carts, store golf bags on storage racks and clean clubs.  
• Set up, restock and break down the driving range, collecting and washing golf balls with machinery and by hand.
• Clearly and positively communicate with the shop staff, coworkers, and guests.
• Constantly maintain a clean work area, including the cart barn, cart staging area, and range facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate in the English language.
• Priority Employment to candidates who can work all of June, July, August, and September.
• Able to stand for over six hours.
• Able to lift 70 pounds.
• Able to operate golf carts and range equipment.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driver’s License or equivalent.
