Product Manager (Paphos / Barcelona / Krakow)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will help in implementing all the new things in our products that we write and dream about.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and build the product based on the needs and pains of our customers, describe how the future product or feature will work and interact with them;
• Effectively employ the analytical systems, monitor the product data on a regular basis, and implement the hypotheses for improving the product usage.
• Communicate with internal and external partners with regards to the product implementation and growth;
• Participate in developing the technical documentation on business processes involving customer interactions with our products and ensure that this documentation is up to date;
• Closely interact with and advise the development team on issues related to documentation, participate in product's business testing.

Requirements

• Think analytically and are attentive to details;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Know how to visually represent a complex process with a relatively simple flowchart;
• Have experience in developing functional and technical requirements / describing use cases;
• Have experience in managing people and assigning the tasks while taking the sole responsibility for the final result.

Nice to have:

• Have ever worked in a diverse team on complex products;
• Have experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Have experience in working with or developing fintech products and are aware of what is happening on the Fintech market.
