Key responsibilities

• Create and manage Petal Maps communities in Russia: map users and map contributors;
• Establishing and executing community strategy;
• Building relationship and trust with followers
• Organize online and offline events for community members;
• Running marketing campaigns for community;
• Developing content across all marketing platforms including social media accounts, emails, newsletters, videos and blogs;
• Analyzing social media metrics and marketing data to determine which strategies are most effective and which need refinement.

Professional attribute

• The ideal candidate will be a highly successful with relevant experience. The successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• 3+ years’ relevant experience;
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands;
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics;
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above).
