Description

Responsibilities:

• Basing on weekly collobrative planning forecast and replenishment PSI table from customer, ensure deliveries exactly according to PSI by week;
• Update delivery plan of following month according to delivery capability allocation, ensure the demand stability of the following month;
• Contract order processing according to PSI, order release and order payment (prepay or factoring or credit) management;
• Order fulfillment whole process monitoring after order release,shipment, customs clearance until dispatch to customer warehouse;
• Monitor shipment estimated time of arrival SVO time and update to weekly report;
• Monitor local logistic specialist revenue triggering on time after shipment delivered;
• Stock management , keep reasonable stock level for KA and avoid overdue stock;
• Customer claims management and responsible for customer delivery satisfaction.

Reqirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above;
• Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
• 3+ years electronic industry supply chain experience;
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills is a must);
• Good communication and analytical skills.
