What will you do

  • Resolve customer issues;
  • Dive into customers cases and help them with the product customization;
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and bring them joy and happiness, even when it's tough.

You are our ideal candidate if

  • you are proactive person and passionate about Customer Service;
  • you are creative and enthusiastic in communication with the client;
  • you are fluent in English and Russian;
  • you are familiar with Intercom, forums, knowledge base and task trackers;
  • you have previous experience working with SAAS products, know what is proxy;
  • you are ready to go an extra mile for each client; 
  • you can prioritise;
  • you are able to build long-term relationships with clients and make them happy even in toughest times.
