Company information

• At Cattle Care using Artificial Intelligence we increase revenue of dairy farms, decrease GHG emissions, antibiotics and hormone usage. We secured $1.8M in funding from serial angel investors and domain experts. Founders team consists of AI entrepreneur, expert in dairy equipment and Computer Vision expert. Cattle Care is the team of 18 people as for now. 
• We got product market fit — 23 paying customers and by the end of 2021 we should get 65. We made 0 to 1 transition and now we need to continuously improve our product.
• Our customers are dairy farmers from the USA and Mexico. They own large farms (2K-10K cows) and are interested in routines optimization.

Job description

• We are looking for a product manager to find new features, communicate with our customers, understand their needs and pains. We expect middle+ level with work experience with web and mobile applications.
• Moreover, we can see plenty of new possibilities for new product directions. It will be needed to develop them to cover new segments.
• Our team is based in Moscow, but you will need to do evening calls with US clients and the business team several times per week (10 AM-1 PM Pacific Time).

Responsibilities

• Average check increase
• Continuous improvement of UX with current web and mobile applications
• Customer development
• Product backlog prioritization and organization
• User behaviour analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar)
• Sustain and improve development process
• Client onboarding and customer success

Skills / experience we're looking for

• Middle+ (3+ years) as a product manager or equivalent experience
• At least one b2b product in a portfolio
• Work experience in a Scrum team
• Technical background
• Strong autonomy and proactivity
• Basic UI/UX improvement skills
• Basic prototyping skills (Figma, Sketch, etc)
• User analytics software experience
• Fluent English
• A plus
• Familiarity with AI and computer vision technology stack
• Work experience in a post product-market fit startup
• US visa is an advantage
