Responsibilities:
- Hold product development projects according to the brand strategy (Market analysis, 360 launch, feedback collection);
- Manage digital deployment plan and KPI, considering communication plan by channels up to brand goals;
- Manage consumer database and control behavioral and attitudinal segmentation, suggest improvements;
- Work with agencies by providing clear scope, briefs, budgets and timeline to ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work;
- Provide analysis of brand performance (Nielsen, BI);
- Take part in brand research initiatives (Focus groups, interviews);
- Manage projects budget allocated with minimal deviations vs targets;
- Manage document flow with agencies.
Required:
- Marketing & Brand management experience 3+ years;
- Experience in brand awareness and in brand communications;
- Knowledge of digital tools & CRM (web, 1-2-1, social media, etc);
- Ability to formulate business cases and shift from general to specific;
- Skills of preparing presentations (PPT - fluent);
- Strong analytical and project management skills, creative innovative mind and entrepreneurial spirit, learning-on-the fly, attention to detail;
- Understanding of CC products, its roles based on cross-functional / commercial projects (as an advantage);
- Languages: English C1.
