Main duties:
- Maintenance and development of IT client database storing and processing system:
- Monitoring of correct client data base operations, develop suggestions for improving customer and business user experience;
- Analysis of clients’ data and customer journeys to identify insights for digital tools, marketing and commercial actions development.
- Analytical support and of current IT database storage systems. Defining of possible ways to improve their functionality;
- Management of IT team developing Database storage system.
Efficiency measurement of digital products and digital campaigns:
- Definition and calculation digital products key performance indicators, calculation unit-economy indicators, digital dashboards creation.
- Coordination of end-to-end analytics system integration as product owner;
- Detection of weaknesses digital products for hypotheses extension and/or adding additional indicators;
- Analysis of digital campaigns efficiency in terms of behavior on site and completing goals, creation hypotheses to increase efficiency and coordination of researches execution (A/B tests and UX researches).
Requirements:
- Education: higher education in the area of business informatics, economics, applied informatics or sociology;
- Understanding of the key principles of data usage in marketing and marketing communications (CRM, PRM, personalization, data-driven communications);
- Understanding of agile projects methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Strong math and logical skills;
- Understanding of metrics and KPI of digital business and how to manage them;
- English – not lower than upper-intermediate;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently, proactivity, responsibility, perfectionism;
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – confident user, MS Excel – advanced user, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an advantage;
- Web-analytics tools (Google Analytics) – confident user;
- BI systems (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau);
- 2 years and more on the side of the CRM / Media agency or client, preferably as a business analyst, CRM-manager, web-analyst;
- Experience of commercial / marketing activities results measurement – mandatory;
- Experience of working for e-commerce or retail company – advantageous.
