Key responsibilities

  • Knowledge base management
  • Collection, adaptation, translation and regular update of knowledge base;
  • Maintain knowledge base in a clear and searcheable way, coordinate knowledge matching between hotline agents and service centers;
  • Find gaps and create new articles as required and in cooperation of related colleagues.
  • Training and certifications management
  • Develop quarterly training and certification plan based on HQ and local requirements in all areas of service (technical, warranty policies, empathy, marketing, product, etc.) and by types of training (self-paced / coached, online / hands-on, etc);
  • Create, adapt, translate training content in cooperation with respective colleagues;
  • Manage scheduling, invitations, attendance and exams passing.
  • 3. Development and preparation of public contents for customers on extended warranties, service activities, service propaganda, etc.

Professional attribute

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly successful with relevant experience. The successful candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
  • Experience as a training manager, preferably in consumer electronics field;
  • Have strong communication ability and strong teamwork ability, positive attitude;
  • Have strong ownership and organizational skill;
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word).
