Head of Tax

Key responsibilities:

• Tax policy management, provision of consultations to Company top management and HQ
• Participation in Business Associations, communications within tax committee communities, preparation of requests, suggestions to the tax officials
• Working with tax consulting and audit companies - building relations, communications, engagements
• Interaction with Government authorities (Tax authorities, Ministry of Finance, etc.), representation of Company's interests
• Management of tax audits performed by the Russian tax authorities (desk and field audits) and tax litigations from Company's side
• Monitoring of Transfer Price (TP) legislation, management and control over preparation of TP reporting
• Management and control over tax compliance function (not limited to CIT/WHT)
• Review of CIT calculation and return, WHT return, tax closing report, tax return data
• Tax Part people management

Requirements:

• Experience as Head of Tax in a big international company or Big 4 consulting firm from 5 years and above
• Experience in Tax field from 15 years and above
• Deep knowledge and understanding in Russian Tax Regulation and Practice
• Knowledge of 1C, SAP or other ERP systems
• Upper-intermediate level of English
