WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

We're in search of a Head of Business Development to lead our Business Development team and oversee the end-to-end sales process for boosting revenue growth. We're looking for enthusiastic people who love to learn and innovate. Let's make the world's best service for independent travel together!

What you'll do

• Lead the business development team strategically by setting focus markets, defining development strategies with the team and guiding the team to achieve goals.
• Assist the team with prioritization, ensuring the team's efforts are well directed to effectively grow sales.
• Attract key partners, developing strategic relationships to support our business initiatives.
• Guide the team in developing not only sales volume, but also the product portfolio, ensuring a variety of product offerings for users.
• Represent the WeGoTrip brand at webinars, supplier meetings, exhibitions.

What you'll bring

• At least 5+ years prior experience in Business Development, Marketing in the travel or SaaS industries;
• B2B sales experience in the travel or SaaS industries;
• Proven experience in creating successful business development plans and processes;
• Experience within leadership positions leading global teams;
• English at C1 (advanced) level: written and oral skills;
• Exceptional sales, communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical mindset, strategic and critical thinking.
