Junior Product Analyst

Responsibility:

• Selecting and calculating product and business metrics for the implementation of projects/functions of the product.
• Conducting A/B testing - participating in the development of conditions for conducting and interpreting results.
• Proposing product improvements and finding optimal solutions to enhance user interaction with the product.
• Conducting ad-hoc analytics to support product decision-making.
• Interacting with all teams of the Data Department to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, and create data for the product.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Analytical mindset - ability to critically assess hypotheses, analyze and structure data, draw conclusions, and establish connections in data.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience in its application.
• Confident use of Python, experience with SQL and data visualization systems (Tableau / PowerBI).
• Ability to choose the right method of data evaluation - analytics, research, or the use of external data.
