Duties:
- Handle inbound leads: reach out to prospects that are generated by internal/external sources to convert into sales.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients via telephone and email.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying accounts in your territory.
- Penetrate all dedicated targeted accounts with specific messages and products/solutions to generate revenue.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and marketing activities.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Emphasize product/service value proposition and benefits, prices, discuss & negotiate terms, and prepare contracts and sales order forms
- Manage and control project pipeline at the integration stage, coordinate the team’s work (internal and external)
- Manage your pipeline, provide forecasts and reporting and updates in CRM in a timely manner.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Hard skills and qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales to new customers
- Work experience in Sales no less than 2 years
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 and higher)
- Experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Handling cold calling and emailing
- Work experience in the IT companies and understanding of the modern web and mobile market
