Data Analyst

What you'll do:

• Provide analytical support to Customer Care and Banking stakeholders
• Formulate hypotheses for root cause analysis related to customer support issues and customer contacts
• Collecting data through analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
• Transferring data into formats appropriate for analysis
• Searching through large data sets for usable information
• Create reports and dashboards for operational management
• Ad hoc research

What you'll need in order to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred. Degrees related to technical, mathematics, and statistics fields are most appropriate
• Minimum 1 year or more experience in a similar role
• Have experience with SQL and Python
• Are able to quickly assemble a working model in Excel and Google Sheets, conduct analytical work, assemble a control panel or presentation
• Know probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Are an excellent communicator with the ability to clearly make sense of complex ideas, have a passion for analytics and data
• Are ready to communicate with business and BI teams, also to initiate this communication, to monitor the implementation of tasks
