Creative Copywriter (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Copywriter to join our Onboarding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in improving our onboarding flow to make our product self-selling, enhancing customer acquisition and retention through creative and persuasive content. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and effective content in English for various communication channels, including emails, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and SMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create persuasive and engaging content in English for various communication channels, including emails, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and SMS, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience.
• Create onboarding communications in a way that maximizes customer interaction and drive conversion into loyal customers with high Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Be part of a team that strives for excellence in all aspects of client onboarding, collaborate with cross-functional teams to make the product self-selling.
• Continuously optimize onboarding content and strategies based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Experience in content writing, with a focus on improving onboarding and enhancing product adoption.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a C1 level. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a valuable asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on attitude

Preferred:

• Knowledge of user behavior analysis and data-driven content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• 1+ year of experience in content writing, with a focus on improving onboarding and enhancing product adoption.
