Business Development Manager

In this role you will:

• Develop the Business plan and category growth strategy: identifying the key levers to grow the Business and share/align with the partners and follow up with action plans;
• Search/create opportunities for growth in the dairy business, at the intersection of three functions - RGM, CATMAN, S&I;
• Establish a process for collaboration within BD and S&I;
• Consolidation of all data on consumer, buyer, retail is required for both creating business strategy and JBP with top clients;
• Coverage plans for channel;
• Channel promo plans (based on best practices, PY approach and ROI evaluation);
• Sales resuъlts diagnosis;
• Forecast preparation (regular / promo by channel / customer / SKU);
• Target preparation (channel / customer / distributors KAMs);
• Regular monitoring and analysis of market activities and competitor's actions;
• Anticipate Risks & opportunities for the channel;

Feel free to apply if you have:

• University Degree (Business education is a +);
• At least 7-10 years of experience in large international companies, within Catman, S&I or units focused on strategy development;
• Negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical experience, advanced user of Excel and Power Point;
• Volume forecasting;
• English at upper-intermediate;
