Junior Community Manager (Serbia, Armenia, Remote)

About the role

Our Community Team is looking for someone who loves helping people, is willing to bring creative ideas and work on their implementation, a person who likes challenges, will defend the interests of our players, and convey the developers' answers to them.

What we will entrust you with

• Day-to-day communication with players (in English and Russian).
• Organizing processes and working with project assistants: moderators, translators.
• Dealing with negativity from players, helping to solve their problems.
• Working with influencers (opinion leaders, content creators).
• Collecting feedback and regular reporting, analyzing key metrics.
• Interacting with other crafts (marketing, analytics, development, QA, design).
• Participating in our events (online and offline).

What we expect from you

• Competent oral and written communication both in Russian and English.
• Gaming experience.
• High level of independence, good organizational skills and a wish to develop further in this area.
• Strong communicative skills.

Will be a plus

• Photoshop/Figma (basic functionality).
• Video shooting/editing skills.
