ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT IS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM IN TRADE MARKETING «ITMS Russia (ex BAT Russia)» ?

  • 18 months of fast-track development program for future managers.
  • Training programs to develop your leadership potential and professional skills.
  • Familiarity and immersion in the work of key departments of the company (in accordance with the chosen direction) and involving in significant business-projects.
  • Professional support from a coach (a representative of Senior Management Team) and line managers.
  • The guaranteed position of the Manager after a successful termination of the Program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During the program in Trade Marketing function you will acquire professional skills and business acumen:

  • Sales Department - You will learn in practice how the manufacturer interacts with its customers through retail outlets, establishing long-term partnerships with them. You will learn the basics of trade marketing and sales, including assortment and inventory management, placement and installation of merchandising equipment and promotional materials, and get knowledge of various B2B programs.
  • Distribution Department - You will learn about different distribution models, what a supply chain is, and how a product from the factory ends up on the shelves of stores, even in the most remote corners of our country. You will understand why distribution is the foundation of sales and marketing. You will master the processes of setting and achieving goals for key distribution indicators, such as numeric and weighted distribution, out of stock, speed, and scale for new products entering the market.
  • Key Accounts Department - You will learn about who key customers are, why they play a critical role in business on both developed and developing markets, and why building relationships with them is crucial. You will become familiar with the processes of managing federal retail networks, including key customer management strategy, tactical tools, financial basis, and the specifics and differences between managing federal networks and independent retail. You will also learn the basics of negotiations and building long-term partnerships.
  • Trade Marketing Department - You will take part in the development of B2B tools that the sales department uses in working with retail outlets. You will participate in optimizing trade processes aimed at improving the position of BAT Russia brands in the market. You will get acquainted with innovative methods used in interaction with retail outlets and consumers, and even gain experience in running-up new products for market launch.

  • After 6 months - 144 000 before taxes
  • After 12 months - 160 000 before taxes

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Both Russian and English - fluent.
  • Driven and ambitious, inspiring and engaging individual.
  • Driving license (corporate car will be provided).
  • Ready for relocation
