Junior Finance / Business Controller

Successful candidate profile:

• Higher education, preferably in economics, finance or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with SAP would be a plus
• Good skills in English
• Knowledge of MS office package, G-sheets
• Experience with BIG-4, pharma or FMCG would be a plus
• Good communication skills
• 2-3 years of experience in respective area is a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting operational financial controlling in the company
• Participation in the Budgets/Forecasts/Business plans preparation
• Taking part in the month-end & year-end closing
• Involvement in the financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, analysis of performance of sales, expenses, and drive of improvements processes
• Ad-hoc reports and calculation for HQ, CEO, Head of finance and Business controller and other functions
• Supporting constant improving of the internal controls system in the organization
