About the job

As​​ the Product Owner for Voice Biometrics Products you will be responsible for driving the strategy, and successful delivery of features, upgrades and planning work of all products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, machine learning, design, marketing, and stakeholders, to ensure the product meets the needs of both the business and the end-users.

What will you do

• Develop and communicate a clear product development execution for voice biometrics products.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competition to define the product roadmap.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, continuously groom the backlog to ensure it is well-defined and up-to-date.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate detailed product requirements to the research and engineering team. Ensure that user stories reflect customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, machine learning, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and ensuring clarity.
• Manage and prioritize product releases, working closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements. Validate that the delivered product meets the acceptance criteria and business objectives.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration of the product. Monitor key product metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the product's performance and user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in the voice biometrics market. Adjust the product strategy and roadmap as needed to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure the availability of comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

What do you need to fit in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar technical product role.
• Strong understanding of voice biometrics technology and related industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically, set priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in Product Ownership or similar field is desirable.
