About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join Gett. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand's content initiatives, ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement across various digital platforms to support our growth goals across our B2C and B2B business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, reinforce our brand identity, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and communication teams to create and optimise content for various platforms, including the company website, blog, social media, emails, and more.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, using insights to inform content decisions.
- Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more, that educates, entertains, and informs our audience.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and style across all content types and platforms.
- Integrate relevant SEO keywords based on SEO insights and optimise content for search engine visibility.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality content that meets audience needs and supports marketing campaigns.
- Analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, questions, and comments on various content platforms to maintain a strong rapport with our audience.
- Review and update older content to meet new content standards.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced digital environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, audience segmentation, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with business goals.
- Experience in video production/videography would be a plus
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Application Review - Typically we aim to review this within 2 weeks of application, this may be longer if high volume of applications so bare with us!
- Talent Screen (30 min video call) - This will be with Izzy Johnstone our Talent Partner! She will talk about Gett and the role in more detail and be asking questions around any work experience you have and your motivations for joining Gett.
- Hiring Manager (45 min video call) - Malin Olsson (Head of Growth - UK) will be your line manager and will be asking more in depth questions in relation to your knowledge and experience in relation to Content Marketing.
- Take home Task - This will be a take home task of now more than 90mins of your time. It will be around a creative campaign and how you would execute the particular scenario we send over. You will be expected to present this in the Focused interview for no more than 20mins.
- Focused (1hr video call) - Here you will have a video call with a member from the team (Katie McPhee - UK Marketing Consultant). You will present your task and she will ask questions around your presentation (first 30mins of the call) and then after they will be asking questions around competencies and behavioural skills (Leadership, creativity, collaboration, content strategy and analytics)
