The Employer Reputation Manager will oversee all aspects of the Mars employer reputation strategy and implementation across all recruiting channels and initiatives for Mars Inc Russia, the company where talent is a top priority for all Mars Inc business segments and a highly competitive talent landscape. In this role, the Employer Reputation Manager will ensure Mars’ Employer Value Proposition resonates in the local market and use a cross-channel approach to build awareness and engage with prospective talent with the aim of ensuring Mars is seen and selected as a top employer. It will be key to develop out all channels to include digital, social, print, and other platforms.

You will:

  • Lead local employer reputation strategy, innovative campaigns, and processes that strengthen and increase the awareness of the Mars employer reputation in the targeted geographies and target populations
  • Build long and short-term reputation and recruiting marketing strategies that position Mars as a top employer
  • Develop local Mars careers webpage(s) for the target geographies in line with global careers page guidelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and implement multi-channel social, digital, and next generation employer reputation strategies to increase employer reputation awareness and foster a more robust talent pipeline
  • Work closely with Corporate Employer Reputation in adopting and deploying global employer reputation toolkits and local approaches that enable the great place to work perception
  • Engage with the broader HR, Corporate Communications community and business to bring employer reputation initiatives to life and monitor the program effectiveness to achieve desired positive outcomes
  • Assess key metrics locally and determine areas for improvement to enhance the Mars employer reputation within target populations and across assigned geography
  • Facilitate best practice knowledge sharing with Global Center of Excellence community around local employer reputation needs and capabilities
  • Actively engage, manage & influence key stakeholders across the region relative to the Employer Reputation strategy, programs and initiatives.

We expect:

  • Education & Professional Qualification: university degree (preferably in HR, Business)
  • Proven experience in leading and facilitating multi-faceted cross category employer reputation strategies in a complex, diverse, and high growth business is highly desirable
  • Experience in Brand Advertising and/or marketing, preferably related to recruiting, sourcing and/or employer reputation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including leaders (up to & including global leaders based in geography) and external parties
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Successfully developed and delivered Employer Reputation & Recruitment Marketing Strategies in a dynamic and fast paced environment, targeting multiple disciplines and target populations
  • Mastery of Marketing tools/tactics, social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others)
