Training Manager

You will…

• Develop and actualize of learning materials
• Participate in development of corporate e-learning training courses (creation of course scenarios, matching the format and training goals)
• Prepare and deliver onboarding trainings
• Develop test assignments
• Develop tools and methods for training efficiency assessment

You have …

• Knowledge of pedagogical design, andragogy and e-learning principles
• Proven experience of corporate learning programs development
• Proven C1 English language
• Experienced in iSpring Suite/Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate
• Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
