Requirements:
- University degree in any of HR, economics, finance, law, pedagogics, psychology preferred.
- Should have 7 years of HR experience in international companies and/or projects.
- Experience in summarized recording of working time and rotation staff.
- Good knowledge of the Russian Labor Code.
- Good administration skills. Accuracy in working with personal and confidential information.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills – show respect to others, be able to clearly and patiently explain HR processes and procedures to Company employees at various organizational levels both in writing and verbally.
- Thrives working in a self directed work environment.
- Maintain both personal action and speech in a professional manner.
- Follow all Company policies and lead by example.
- Be available for travel to sites when required.
- Much of required work is independent of supervision; must utilize good time management.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and 1C database – advanced user, western ERP systems - preferred.
- English – Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Agree on the dates of mobilization/demobilization of the personnel employed for the work on rotational basis with the Travel Support Section.
- Develop rotation schedules, Enter the up-tp-date data on the work schedules of the employees into 1C/data accounting system in order to prepare timesheets.
- Advise Heads of Divisions on issues of labor legislation of the Russian Federation and on violation of labor discipline and application of disciplinary sanctions.
- To administer HR-related documentation, such as orders, contracts of employment, statistic reports, disciplinary reprimands, etc.
- To ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
- Prepare orders for hire, transfer, vacation, business trips, dismissal of employees, as well as other types of personnel related orders for rotational personnel.
- Maintain the actual schedule of rotations and use it as a basis for the time sheet of the rotational personnel.
- Keep register of labor books, make necessary records in labour books of personnel, and count employees' length of service in accordance with the Russian labor legislation.
- Maintain HR database. Enter information into database about employees; ensure timely update of information in the database.
- Create and manage personnel files on Company’s employees. Prepare all necessary personnel information as requested by Head of Human Resources Administration.
- Maintain all required HR registers (orders, employment agreements, sick leaves, vacations).
- Prepare all kinds of statistical reports; manage all internal and external data requests for HR data as requested by Head of HR Administration.
- Submit all reports to appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.
- Prepare different types of reports on personnel turnover, analytical charts on personnel movement.
- Verify sick leaves certificates in accordance with timesheets data.
- Work closely with Payroll Accountant on all issues related to payment to employees (timesheets submission, orders submission on vacations and other types of leaves).
- Prepare all necessary documents to turnover to state archive as per legislative requirements.
- Take all measures to ensure integrity and protection of personal data of the Company employees.
