The Role:

• We are looking for a talented team member to join in Ride Hailing team in Tbilisi.
• Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process.
• As an Intern in Data Analytics team, you will be working closely with the Data Analysts at the Campaigns domain, as well as Marketing and Operations teams. You will need to have an analytical mind, good attention to detail and great communication skills to succeed.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Assisting in implementation of incentive campaigns end to end and delivering regular operational activities with minimal guidance
• Assisting the Data Analyst in decision making process and working with your team lead to optimize decisions to help the company reach their growth targets
• Wrangling complex data-sets and working with your team lead to come up with new testing ideas for campaigns
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc analysis and bring visibility

About you:

• BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing
• Experience dealing with large volumes of data
• Good Python and Excel skills
• Analytical mindset
• Fluency in Georgian and English
