Area of responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gathering Data: Collecting data from various sources, including user interactions, sales data, and market research.
- Data Cleaning: Ensuring data integrity by removing or correcting inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
- Database Management: Working with databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently. This may involve writing SQL queries or working with database administrators.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:
- Trend Identification: Spotting trends in user behavior, sales, or other key performance indicators.
- Hypothesis Testing: Using statistical methods to validate or refute hypotheses related to product performance or user behavior.
- Segmentation Analysis: Breaking down data by specific segments (e.g., user demographics, geographic regions) to understand patterns.
- Reporting and Data Visualization:
- Dashboard Creation: Building and maintaining dashboards to provide real-time insights into product performance.
- Data Visualization: Representing data in graphical formats that make insights easily understandable.
- Regular Reporting: Providing regular updates to stakeholders on product performance, user behavior, and other key metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with product managers, developers, marketers, and other teams to understand their data needs.
- Presenting Insights: Communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback on reports and analyses to refine and improve subsequent work.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Product Strategy: Using data-driven insights to suggest product improvements or new features.
- Optimization: Recommending changes to enhance user experience, engagement, and monetization.
- Market Analysis: Identifying opportunities and threats in the market based on data.
- User Experience (UX) Analysis:
- User Flow Analysis: Examining the paths users take within the product and identifying areas of friction or drop-off.
- A/B Testing: Setting up and analyzing experiments to test potential product changes and their impact.
- Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
- Tool Proficiency: Staying updated with the latest analytics tools and platforms.
- Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of trends and best practices in product analysis and the specific industry of operation.
- Training: Participating in workshops, courses, or conferences to hone skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Quantitative Analysis
- Data Visualization (PowerBI)
- SQL & Database Knowledge (Snowflake, MySQL, MSSQL)
- Statistical Analysis
- Product Understanding
- Communication Skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Programming Languages (Python)
- UX/UI Insights
- Business Acumen
