Logistics Specialist

Tasks:

• regular reporting. International transit, incoming shipments, cross-dock flow
• customer service. Providing Certificates and Declarations to clients
• import. Picking up merchandise from customs warehouse (jewelry)
• import. Ensuring data flow in accounting system (GTD, labelling codes)
• transportation. Ordering transport for deliveries and transfers
• warehouse. Coordinating 3PL operator services, informing about deliveries and pick-ups
• track and trace. Monitor National Catalogue, ensure all merchandise data to match the regulation requirements
• track and trace. Define description for new merchandise to meet the National Catalogue requirements, filling in merchandise data to upload to National Catalogue
• track and trace. Being the key user of the track and trace solution, supervising a codes flow till entering into turnover
• Ensuring communication (personally, via e-mail and phone) both cross-functionally within the company (Russia and European HQ) and externally
• Other tasks to help you catch strong logistics expertise

 We need a person who:

• Has higher education (Logistics / Technical / Economics);
• Has min 1 year of the relevant work experience for large retail chain (preferably, X5, Magnit, Leroy Merlin, Sportmaster, Inditex or similar) or ecom (Lamoda, WB, Ozon or similar) or 3PL operator;
• Has experience in interacting with national track and trace system (Chestny Znak);
• Understand processes of import merchandise supply chain, the warehouse and transport logistics processes and procedures, knowing the related document flow;
• Understand the data exchange between ERP system and 3PL service provider;
• Handles MS Excel functions confidently (to be tested during interview);
• Has experience in using any ERP system (SAP is advantage);
• Speaks and writes English (upper-intermediate level);
• Has high work ethics, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, high level of self-organization
