About the role
- We are keen on hiring a Data Analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on Marketing for helping us to create actionable insights, to make the business even smarter and to enable us to make more efficient marketing decisions. Being part of the Marketing Data team, you will work closely together with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other data analysts while collaborating with business stakeholders and market specialists on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate and Influence: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science teams to align data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Solve and Innovate: Tackle challenging data problems to optimise marketing efforts across various channels.
- Be a Thought Leader: Provide consultancy on the entire marketing strategy, keeping sight of the big picture, while ensuring tactical efficacy.
- Empower Stakeholders: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable marketing KPIs, making complex data easily understandable.
- Mentor and Grow: Actively mentor junior colleagues to enhance the analytical maturity of the Marketing Data team.
- Quality and Improvement: Keep an eye on analytics processes, data quality, and tooling, advocating for improvements where necessary.
Requirements
- Your experience working as an analyst enables you to get a jumpstart in our tools and systems, delivering value as soon as you can.
- You have a degree in business studies, computer science, psychology, or another subject with a significant mathematical, statistical, or scientific focus.
- Advanced SQL experience required, experience with using Python for data transformation and analysis preferred
- Advanced data visualisation experiences with Tableau required
- Experience working with tracking providers, marketing partner interfaces, and third-party marketing data providers (i.e. Mobile App Tracking, Web Analytics, Google AdWords, tools for data aggregation and ingestion, just to name a few).
- A plus - not a must - is having experience in developing ETL pipelines (e.g. in Airflow) as well as A/B and multivariate testing and respective tools, multi-touch attribution, out-of-home campaign tracking, fraud detection, or incentive optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and spoken English.
