Senior CRM Manager, Maternity Cover (Barcelona, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and development of CRM lifecycle automations across 9+ European markets
• Discover, ideate and build automatic communications across the passenger lifecycle to improve acquisition and activation, engagement, and CLV
• Own the CRM feedback loop for automations, making data driven decisions on priorities, overall impacts and enabling continuous improvement
• Implement and measure A/B testing activities to constantly improve the effectiveness of automations and refresh best practices
• Collaborate closely with the Passenger (demand) Product and growth teams to support ongoing initiatives with CRM knowledge and support with CRM based implementations
• Own and develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practice and innovative approaches to campaigning

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, product or a similar field (preferably in an on-demand or platform industry)
• Data driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap development
• Experience owning, implementing and managing lifecycle automations (from acquisition to reactivation)
• Strong project & programme management ability
• Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to independently build, support and sustain positive and productive relationships with different functions and levels of the organisation
• Excellent English skills (other European languages are a plus but not required)
