- We are looking for a Social Media Manager focused on Content Marketing approach to develop and execute all kinds of SMM strategies. Successful candidate's duties will include identifying new opportunities for growing a social followers base, developing content funnels, creative and engaging content development, ideas brainstorming for Social media. As a plus will be deep experience in working with different social media platforms.
- Successful candidate needs to have solid experience in Social media and in-depth understanding of major social platforms in Brazil. Google Analytics usage, clear reporting development including sales correlations as must.
What you will do
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies;
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn for the current stage (TikTok and YouTube for future with extra resources), adapting content to suit different channels and audiences;
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms including monthly sales objectives and initiatives;
- Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms;
- Develop, launch and manage content campaigns that promote TripleTen brand and products;
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using different tools;
- Identify consumer trends to implement through planning social media campaigns;
- Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement;
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity;
- Analyse competitor activity;
- Recommend improvements to increase performance;
- Manage and track budgets for social media activities;
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of social media management experience;
- Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms;
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful effective storytelling techniques;
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation by social platforms;
- Strong creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to internal team;
- Excellent teamworking, collaboration and networking skills;
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects;
- Project and campaign management skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines;
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics;
- Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers;
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately;
- Motivation and commitment;
- PORTFOLIO of existing social media projects as must.
