What you'll need to have 

  • Understanding of onboarding principles and processes;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work with and hold attention of big audiences (strong presentation skills), especially in digital formats;
  • Ability to establish networks with various stakeholders in Units/Head office, including Country Management;
  • Ability to see things through and optimize working processes;
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively both in teams as well as independently;
  • Understanding of roots for various people behaviors and how that impacts professional performance;
  • Readiness to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Maintain existing and implement and localize new global approaches and tools within actual business needs and units’ specifics;
  • Communicate relevant changes to the organization;
  • Work closely with the markets’ People and Culture teams to understand their demands, react to feedback received to make sure all existing approaches and tools, including digital, are up-to-date;
  • Cooperate closely and proactively with different stakeholders within People and Culture and all business functions to ensure effective and efficient onboarding process;
  • Constantly be in touch with the business functions to make sure functional business knowledge packages are updated and present at the digital learning management system;
  • Support all onboarding components/tools (e.g. checklists, approaches, onboarding packages, surveys, etc.) to secure the best onboarding journey;
  • Ensure hiring/line managers and new co-workers are well-informed about tools available to secure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct regular training/infosessions for line managers and People and Culture colleagues regarding the onboarding process;
  • Monitor overall onboarding process/results for the country using various metrics
