Senior Account Executive (Remote)

About us

• Renova (Checkme in some countries) is an international company operating in 10 European countries, MENA, and Latam. We help low - digitized insurers to meet today’s customer's expectations and to continue existing in the new reality. 
• Existing insurance companies are losing market share to well-funded neo-insurance companies. Expensive in-house digitalization is only affordable for the biggest players, Renova is for the rest.
• Our product consists of two parts: AI-driven no-code platform for insurance providers to create insurance products, and a white label customer app for insured to easily manage their insurance products.

About the role

In this role, you will explore new business opportunities, bring new customers, and own contract creation/negotiations to close new deals targeting multi-unit sales with $30 000+ revenue potential per project.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and validate sales leads with an internal team;
• Independent work, but real-time support and assistance from your team and leadership;
• Conducting full-lifecycle sales;
• Qualify prospective deals by assessing feasibility, budget, scope, and timing;
• Build an impeccable plan to hit your revenue targets;
• Accompany clients by onboarding their teams.
• Supervising the sales team

Requirements

• B2B sales, SaaS, and start-up experience more than 2 years;
• Proven track record of $10K+ deals in the insurance industry;
• Ability to create a healthy pipeline of deals to achieve sustainable long-term growth;
• Strong network in the industry in LATAM;
• A self-starter and high-achiever who takes the initiative and responsibility for their work and actions;
• A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high-achieving sales team;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Fluent English and Spanish.
