About us

BrainRocket – разрабатывают решения для индустрии онлайн-развлечений.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality and design consistency for a dozen b2b and b2e brands: banners, motion design, websites, landing pages, event and exhibition design and video, and presentations.
  • Provide feedback about designs for the project managers, in-house designers, and outsources.
  • Constantly improve the quality of design and help the design team to find better solutions.
  • Research best marketing design practices.
  • Regularly update a library of design layouts and guides to help designers and clients automate routines.
  • Find references, and create visual concepts for online and outdoor brand communications.
  • Create visual marketing communications with your own hands.
  • Take into conversion rates of banners and websites to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
  • Experience in Design and Art Direction for digital marketing.
  • Familiar with motion design production processes and trends.
  • Proven by portfolio aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various arts, colors, fonts, and layouts.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Apps. 
  • Have the ability to work with your hands, not just lead. 
  • It will be a plus if you have experience designing offline events or exhibition stands.
  • Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design.
  • Attention to visual details.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. Work iteratively, and share results early and often.
  • Speaking English will be an advantage.
