• Groupe SEB, leading company on the small domestic appliance market, opens a Trainee position in Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Trainee program (recruiting, interviewing, coordinating with managers, hiring), maintaining the atmosphere within the trainee team (25 people), tracking time sheets;
• Recruitment, participation in job fairs;
• Admin (prepare reports on mobile communications, assigning new employees to corporate meal and medical insurance, maintaining personal files of employees);
• Leading Well-being program (organizing lectures on healthy lifestyle and activities for employees);
• Conducting Employee survey (via the international company Great Place To Work);
• Charity projects;
• Internal communications (preparation and distribution of information from the HR Department, writing articles);
• Participation in various projects of the HR Department.

Requirements:

• English - Fluent;
• Desire to develop in HR;
• Proactive, result-oriented, responsible;
• Ability to prioritize and work with multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to details;
• Competent Russian speech and good communication skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
