About you

You'll create, update and develop comprehensive immigrant guides to help you move independently. But you'll also need to develop relationships with emigration experts, support users and clients, navigate and follow local emigration laws, and develop friendly and helpful environment in our local community.

Job Description

• Develop and update detailed guides and instructions on how to move to your country. As detailed as possible, anyone reading can move with a minimum of consultation with lawyers. These guides need to be updated weekly, supplemented with stats and tips.
• Get statistics on obtaining a residence permit on different communities on Facebook, Reddit, and Telegram and collect statistics so that users can be guided in making decisions.
• Update the info about our services and participate in automating services for moving to your country. For example, how to make tax numbers cheap and fast, how to open a bank account, or fully process how to proceed with some visa.
• Run and develop a community of immigration and tax experts. We aim for experts to learn from each other, to come to the same point of view on the same issues, and to cooperate and inspire, not scare clients.
• To be a key knowledge holder in the communities. Answer questions, assign administrators, and maintain a friendly environment. You can't only give legal advice if you don't have a license, but you can use recommendations from other advocates and information from the guides.

To be successful in this role

• You have a deep knowledge of local immigration law. But you are familiar not only with the official requirements but also with how the law and the emigration services actually work.
• You already actively participate in emigration chats on Telegram or Facebook, answering questions and helping to find solutions.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English.
• You're a human-centric person and a problem solver, not just a performer. You can be proactive, constantly improve your work, and strive to make life easier for others.
• You are an emigrant and have already successfully moved and legalized, so you understand the needs and pains of current emigrants from different countries. You must have already lived in this country for at least a year.
• Strong tech.skills in office suite, Notion, Miro, Trello, active LinkedIn profile, creating presentations skills. You learn new tools fast.
• You are very attentive to detail and have excellent fact-checking.
• At least once in your life, you have walked the path of an emigrant on your own.
• You're an extremely detail-oriented person
