Who we are

  • In Migrun we believe we can rid the world of complicated, non-transparent, bureaucratic immigration processes. To make emigration simple and as accessible as possible for everyone!To do this, we make the emigration process seamless, simple, understandable and inexpensive. We have only existed for a year, but we have helped more than 7,000 people move to Europe!
  • We are looking for an open-minded, proactive and reliable Country Leader for Spain (and in February for other countries). You will develop and drive service across the country! You will supervise the creation of fantastic guides and products, create a community of emigrants and nomads, and build strong relationships with partners.
  • It's important: We can not offer a position if you’re located in Russia or Belarus, you need to be outside this countries (it doesn’t matter where).

Job Description

  • Research, interview, screen, and collaborate with your country's emigration experts, attorneys and tax advisors. You will need to use any available methods to find and evaluate high-quality and reliable experts.
  • Research the local immigration services market, and find and develop relationships with partners, agencies, service providers, and public services. 
  • Know the target audience (immigrants). You will have to run hundreds of in-depth interviews and search for analytics on different countries where people emigrate to your country. And offer new guides and ways to move. 
  • Launch new guides and conduct user interviews to improve their quality and offer ideas for improving the interface and content (pair with a key methodologist)
  • Run immigration services and find the cheapest way to launch them, help automate services and improve CJM of each service. 

To be successful in this role

  • You have excellent market and product research skills and are curious and hungry for knowledge.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong relationship-building skills. Fluency in English and strong ideas and presentation skills
  • You're a human-centric person and a problem solver, not just a performer. You can be proactive, constantly improve your work, and strive to make life easier for others.
  • You are inspired by helping others to emigrate, and you're already helping people in chats and communities by answering questions, giving helpful information, guiding and motivating
  • You are an emigrant and have already successfully moved and legalized, so you understand the needs and pains of current emigrants from different countries. You must have already lived in this country for at least a year.
  • In addition, we need someone who can do many things by hand rather than delegating every task or scope of work to external providers.
  • Bias for action. We're a startup. You'll have to operate with partial knowledge, get hands-on with projects, and constantly rethink how we do things. Plus, move very quickly.
  • Strong tech.skills in office suite, Notion, Miro, Trello, active LinkedIn profile, creating presentations skills. You learn new tools fast.
  • You've have an experience of working in startups
