Lead Product Owner (Azerbaijan)

PashaPay is a progressive fintech company of one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan, Pasha Holding. With the help of financial technologies, we want to improve the well-being of the population and give them the opportunity to get a better experience using financial products, and at the same time digitalize the oriental bazaar. We have two products in our portfolio – one of the largest regional payment network million terminals and m10 electronic wallet, which will replace cash and make a convenient daily payments experience for customers and merchants.

We are looking for a Lead Product Owner, the work will be conducted in the direction of AARR (acquisition, activation, retention, referral), stream - Daily Payments.

Globally, the Product Owner is part of the cross-functional development team and provides product expertise within the team - forms hypotheses based on data and research and leads them from discovery to delivery, being responsible for the final business result. The Product Owner will initiate and conduct product discovery, actively interact with the development team on delivery of product hypotheses, ensure continuity and calculate the final result, as well as analyze the result after launching the product hypothesis, formulate conclusions and next steps. Additionally, the candidate will communicate with customers and seek insights to generate new product hypotheses to improve product metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech/daily banking/payments at the position of Product Manager/Owner from 5 years.
• Web/mobile experience
• Experience working on activation and retention
• Strong product discovery skills
• Basic technical background and experience working directly with development team
• Experience managing a team/teams of 10 or more, mentoring experience
• Startup vision, proactivity, autonomy
